Brings over 5 years of solid entrepreneurial and operational experience in the fashion-tech, fintech, and manpower industries. He has an exceptional ability to understand human behaviour and align large groups toward a common mission.

His hands-on experience in manpower solutions makes him a perfect counterpart to the founder’s vision, ensuring Jobonix stays people-centric, scalable, and result-oriented.

Our Story

The spark behind Jobonix came from witnessing the same painful problem over and over: workers with real skills, strong work ethics and willingness to take on roles were repeatedly underserved by the system.

Balakrishna and Kiran encountered staffing bottlenecks where roles went unfilled, workers were mismatched, and trust was broken. They asked: "What if there was a platform built for the blue-collar workforce where trust is the foundation?"

That question led to the creation of Jobonix. We started from the ground up: designing a user-friendly mobile app, applying AI-driven matching, and weaving in staffing best practices to serve the global blue-collar segment.
